Marc Michael
President and Chief Executive Officer
Marc Michael is President and Chief Executive Officer leading SPX FLOW towards improved customer relationships, market position and operational execution. Marc has extensive experience in managing large project businesses and operations across EMEA and in emerging markets to provide SPX FLOW a platform for innovation. He has also been a member of the SPX FLOW Board of Directors since January 2016.
Marc previously served as President of SPX FLOW’s Food and Beverage segment, leading the group toward improved business practices. Prior to the spinoff of SPX FLOW from SPX Corporation, Marc was the president of the company’s EMEA region and held various senior positions at SPX Cooling Technologies, including president of the global evaporative and dry cooling businesses. Prior to SPX, Marc served in various leadership roles at General Electric and TDK Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from the University of North Alabama.
Melissa Buscher
Chief Communications and Marketing Officer
Melissa Buscher is the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer at SPX FLOW, driving consistent, integrated, and strategic communications that support the company’s global business growth and cultural transformation. Her messaging and platform strategies, in alignment with company goals, have helped increase engagement with team members, customers and other stakeholders. Melissa also leads efforts to elevate and promote the SPX FLOW brand.
Prior to joining SPX FLOW, Melissa was the chief communications officer at LORD Corporation, leading both corporate and marketing communications, as well as the company’s global diversity and inclusion efforts. She spent ten years at Time Warner Cable in a variety of communications and community affairs leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she was an award-winning television journalist for more than 15 years.
Melissa is chair of the board of advisors for Designed For Joy, a Raleigh non-profit organization that provides women in crisis with stability through immediate employment and support. She is a member of the marketing committee for A Place at the Table, a pay-what-you-can restaurant in Raleigh, NC, supporting people experiencing homelessness. In addition, she is a board of advisors member of United Partnerships, an organization that collaborates on initiatives that lift individuals, groups, organizations, and communities with focus areas on workplace culture, employee resource groups communication, community engagement and collaboration.
Melissa earned undergraduate degrees in both economics and broadcast journalism from the University of Miami.
Kevin Eamigh
Vice President, Business Transformation
Kevin Eamigh is the Vice President, Business Transformation for SPX FLOW and brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of business and technology organizations. He is focused on development, implementation, and management of SPX FLOW’s Business Operating System, business growth initiatives, and strategic programs. He also oversees the strategic direction of the IT organization and use of technology to drive value creation.
Prior to the spinoff of SPX FLOW from SPX Corporation, Kevin served in various IT and business management leadership positions, including as CIO of SPX Corporation. Kevin began his career with IBM and went on to co-found PrimeSource Technologies, a business technology consulting firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in management information systems and operations management from the University of Arizona.
Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for Bed for Kids, a Charlotte-based non-profit furniture bank.
Jaime Easley
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Jaime Easley is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SPX FLOW and brings more than 20 years of experience across a variety of financial disciplines. Jaime actively engages with company stakeholders on value creation by ensuring business plans and activities are aligned with expectations and are achieving optimal results. His role also includes commercial and operational plan support, financial modeling, cash management, risk management, capital allocation, building data and dynamic reporting capabilities, developing team members, and driving 80/20 principles.
He previously served as corporate controller and chief accounting officer for SPX FLOW and in a variety of corporate and business unit finance leadership positions at SPX Corporation prior to the spinoff of SPX FLOW. Jaime began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Clemson University and a master’s degree in public accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
With a passion for community service and supporting local youth programs, Jaime chaired the Harris YMCA Board of Directors and served in various other capacities, including on its Advancement and Capital Planning committees. He currently serves on the Advancement committee of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte and volunteers at the Charlotte Rescue Mission. Jaime is also a volunteer in youth literacy and staff appreciation programs at Nations Ford Elementary School in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Tyrone Jeffers
Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Tyrone (Ty) Jeffers is Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain at SPX FLOW, guiding efforts to optimize the company’s global manufacturing capabilities. Ty works with our 20 manufacturing sites around the globe, leading an enterprise-wide team in improving operational effectiveness, increasing productivity, delivering on customer commitments, and enhancing safety.
Prior to joining SPX FLOW in 2018, he served as the supply chain integration leader for the Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas merger. His team drove cost efficiency and rooftop rationalization to deliver over $1 billion in cost synergies.
He started his career with General Electric in 1996 as a manufacturing training program member. He spent the next 22 years running factories and supply chains within GE Industrial and GE Oil & Gas. His career includes two years of living in Shanghai, China, where he led the Asia Pacific manufacturing and sourcing teams. One of his career highlights was serving as one of the global operating leaders for GE’s African American Forum.
Ty is a member of the board of directors for Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ITGR). Integer is one of the world's largest medical device outsource (MDO) manufacturers, serving the cardiac, neuromodulation, vascular and portable medical markets.
He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. He serves as the Chairman of the N.C. A&T Engineering Advisory Board, where he partners the university with industry to drive innovation and growth.
Peter Ryan
Chief People Officer and General Counsel
Peter Ryan is Chief People Officer and General Counsel at SPX FLOW, leading a global team managing the company’s risk mitigation, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, claims, labor relations, and litigation. He also leads the company’s Human Resources team, fostering an inclusive, values-oriented culture, as well as driving both strategy and growth.
Prior to the SPX FLOW spinoff in 2015, Peter served in a variety of corporate and business roles at former parent company SPX Corporation, including deputy general counsel and segment general counsel of the company’s food and beverage business. Before joining SPX, he began his legal career with Kirkland & Ellis, LLP in Chicago. Peter earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
